Sharing your data
You can either export your data and share it with us, or allow MicroCAD to help you administer your licenses by adding us as a secondary administrator to your account. To grant MicroCAD access to your data, please follow these steps:

  • Log In
    Go to the Autodesk Account portal and log in with your primary admin credentials
  • 2.
  • Navigate to Users
    Select Manage Users from the dashboard.
  • 3.
  • Add a User
    Click on Add User. Enter our details:
    Email: [email protected]
    Role: Choose Secondary Administrator
  • 4.
  • Save Changes
    Confirm and save the changes and notify us via email at [email protected]

How to Export Autodesk Usage Data

1. Log into your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com and select the Reporting tab. Then, choose Usage Notifications Settings.

2.Select the Team Settings, and under Personal Data, make sure to check the box to enable your team’s personal data.

3. Select the Reporting tab and find the Usage Report option. Then, click on the View button underneath it.

4.Once in the Usage Report, select Past 12 Months in the Date Range dropdown, then click on the Export button.

5. A window titled Export Usage Report will open. Select the option Export as Excel.

Once the report is ready, it will automatically download.

6. Then, go back to the Reporting tab and look for the Seat Usage option. Click on the View button below it.

7.Once in the Seat Usage section, set the Date Range to Past 12 Months, then click on the Export button.

8. Make sure you have the correct team selected. Then, select the XLSX format.

Ensure the following options are checked:

  • Subscription

  • Users

  • Groups

  • Usage

Next, set the Date Range to Past 12 Months, and click on Export.

Once the export is complete, you will see the option to Download the file under Export History.
