- Optimize Software Usage

Sharing your data
You can either export your data and share it with us, or allow MicroCAD to help you administer your licenses by adding us as a secondary administrator to your account. To grant MicroCAD access to your data, please follow these steps:

- Log In
Go to the Autodesk Account portal and log in with your primary admin credentials
- 2.
- Navigate to Users
Select Manage Users from the dashboard.
- 3.
- Add a User
Click on Add User. Enter our details:
Email: [email protected]
Role: Choose Secondary Administrator

- Save Changes
Confirm and save the changes and notify us via email at [email protected]

How to Export Autodesk Usage Data
Navigate to https://manage.autodesk.com/home and sign in with
Primary or Secondary Admin User Credentials
1. Click Usage Report and then click Gear Icon
- If any of your teams personal data is turned off, select each team to turn it on.
- Repeat the steps for each team that needs personal data turned on.
- If all teams have it turned on, proceed to step 5.
2. Go to Settings
3. Check the box in the Personal Data field.
This usage data may include personal data, such as user names and email addresses.
4. Click on Seat Usage, expand the team’s list and select All teams.
5. Use the drop-down to select the Date range to 12 months.
6. Select 12mo and click to Apply.
7. Click the Export button and then click on Past 12 months (date – date) and Export.
- The reports will take 1-2 minutes to process. Once it’s ready for download, you will see the Download buttons appear.
- Select download for each CSV file that just had been generated.
8. Send these files to MicroCAD for further Data Analysis!
