I just wanted to let you know about my recent experience with MicroCAD’s help desk. I had an issue with my cad license renewing and had deadlines to meet. I ended up speaking with your team on the help desk and they were over the top professional, calm, helpful and stayed with me until the software was reloaded and running correctly. I met my deadlines and avoided a meltdown.
