How to View Your Usage Report
1. Sign in to your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com
2.Navigate to Reporting > Usage Report.

To find specific usage data:
- Expand the Team drop-down to view data for selected users, including product use, average days per month, product assignments, and Flex tokens used

- Select Date Range to choose a custom or preset range.

- Filter results based on user activity, team, group, or email addresses. Filters apply to both on-screen data and exported reports.

- Select Columns to customize the data displayed. Click column headers to sort by criteria such as days used or monthly average. These settings carry over to future sessions.

- For detailed user information, click on an individual user to view their teams, product use, and access details. You can also quickly access pages to manage their access or review Seat/Token Usage. Use the browser back button to return to the report.


To export usage report data
You can download a spreadsheet that uses your current filters and date range for your team’s usage report data.
1.Select Reporting > Usage Report.
2.Click Export to generate the file.

3. In the Export page, select the team, the type of file, the categories and the date range. Then, under Export History, click Download when the status is available.

- Note: If your team’s personal data (PII) is enabled, usernames, email addresses, and profile images will be shown. Otherwise, personal data will be hashed.
